Larry Ayer, P.E., President
Over 30 years in the electrical construction industry of which 25 years overlap into the consulting engineering field. He has provided consulting engineering services for numerous municipalities, and large and small corporations in both the residential, commercial and industrial space. He has worked with many corporations including Cengage Learning, Fifth Third Bank, Charter Communications, Great American Insurance, Verizon Wireless, and numerous others. He oversees the engineering and design segment of the firm and also assists in the oversight of the project management and estimation personnel.
Kevin Robben, Senior Project Manager
Over 24 years of engineering design experience in mechanical, plumbing and electrical engineering and has been with E2M for over 20 years. Kevin has designed and managed major MEP projects for a diverse group of clients ranging from government, educational, large corporations, small businesses and recreational facilities.
Stephen Glossner, Project Manager
Stephen has overseen the engineering and design of mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems for various projects types comprised of public works, corporate offices and retail bank branches. Stephen has been with E2M for over 7 years. He is currently project managing our work with United Dairy Farmers (UDF) as they continue to open/renovate 5-6 convenient store and gas station per year.
